The
piece pictured at left is a keypad unit I built for the Oscar winning
movie A Beautiful Mind, directed by Ron Howard and starring
Russell Crowe. The piece figures very prominently in the movie,
and is briefly seen in the trailer, as seen below. The piece features
a 12v halogen lamp above the keypad and a 110v black/ultraviolet
light mounted underneath. I assisted scenic artist Loren Mochari
in painting this piece. Approximate construction time was 12 hours.
